At work the other evening the patients were sitting on the floor having a chat… I was, ‘minding my own business’ and they (predominately females) started talking about babies and families just in a general sort of way. Then an advert came on the TV for baby food and one exclaimed that she hadn’t been breast fed as a child
…. Then, to my astonishment all the other females then admitted that they had not been breast fed either. It startled me… Since all of the girls in question are at this unit specifically because of eating disorders..
And so it begs the question………….

Does it matter that we breast fed our children or not?
